Not being a gambler, I cannot really comment on all of the machines and tables, but there seemed to be a very broad array. While there was cigarette smoke, I did not find it bad, and probably due to a good ventilation system. The more intimate space did increase noise level some, but it seemed that all folk in the casino were having fun, and really not too loudly. Because of those, and maybe the actual ceiling height, the Red Rock Casino felt smaller, than probably its actual square footage belied. Reds and blues predominate, and there are sculptures hanging from the ceiling.
The architecture is more restrained, but the décor is still a bit over the top, for my tastes. Red Rock Casino is smaller, and I would call it more “intimate.” The space is utilized well, and the aisles are wide, but not as wide, as those mega-casinos. Now, I am not into gaming, so was looking at things from a bit of a different perspective - architecture, vibe, lighting, space, and found many differences. We had just left the Venetian/Palazzo complex on The Strip, and I had explored those casinos, as well. While my wife was in her meetings, I took the time to explore the Casino at Red Rock.
We were at Red Rock Casino & Resort in June, for some business meetings. A More “Intimate” Casino - At Red Rock Resort
